The main settlement of Benbrook, located inside a four-block area near the railway station, is located near the current intersection of Interstate 20 and Highway 377 along US Aledo Rd. The agreement was reached from the east through this Old Benbrook Road and Castings stove road (now called Vickery). Winscott-Plover road extended south along its route present to Dutch Rama, now sunk by Lake Benbrook. A road led east of Winscott-Plover Road, near the current Mercedes street to cross the Clear Fork. The remains of the county road are still evident in the undeveloped area north of Timber Creek.
